Description
Product Range: Inspicare Respiratory Care Composition: Fluticasone Furoate (0.027% w/v) Format: Metered-Dose Nasal Spray
Product Overview
MIST-F is an advanced corticosteroid nasal spray containing Fluticasone Furoate, a molecule known for its high affinity and long duration of action. Designed for the comprehensive management of Seasonal and Perennial Allergic Rhinitis, MIST-F provides powerful, 24-hour relief from nasal allergy symptoms. Unlike older generation steroids, Fluticasone Furoate is formulated to be used once daily, improving patient compliance and convenience.
Key Benefits & Uses:
- 24-Hour Relief: A single daily application provides round-the-clock control of allergy symptoms.
- Total Symptom Control: Effectively reduces nasal congestion (blocked nose), runny nose, sneezing, and nasal itching.
- Ocular Relief: Also helps alleviate associated eye symptoms such as red, itchy, and watery eyes.
- High Potency: Fluticasone Furoate has a higher binding affinity to glucocorticoid receptors compared to many other corticosteroids, ensuring targeted anti-inflammatory action.
- Patient Friendly: The metered-dose pump ensures a precise amount of medication is delivered with every spray, minimizing wastage.
How to Use?
- Shake well: Gently shake the bottle before every use.
- Prime: If using for the first time, pump into the air until a fine mist appears.
- Position: Tilt your head slightly forward (do not tilt backward).
- Spray: Insert the nozzle into the nostril, pointing slightly outward (away from the center/septum). Press the pump while breathing in gently.
- Repeat: Repeat for the other nostril as prescribed.
